When we tell a story, we expand the possibility of listening. The story´s metaphors promote reflections that smooths communication and empathic connections between people; they also guide to conflict resolution and underline respect for differences and communalities in a group. 

 

Traditional stories possess wisdom, humor, beauty, intelligence and other attributes that evoke imagination and launch creative movements, individually and collectively.

 

Stories show the development of characters that acquire resources and create realities which are more fertile to them and their surroundings. When one follows this path, one gets in touch with the intention of a work and with the dimension of purpose.

 

Traditional stories are, thus, a powerful language to be presented and developed in an organizational environment.
